  22.           TOM(tm) is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the
  23.           user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but
  24.           please do not give it away altered or as part of another system.
  25.           The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal
  26.           computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet
  27.           to provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new
  28.           products.
  29.           If you find this program useful and find that you are using TOM(tm)
  30.           and continue to use TOM(tm) after a trial period of 45 days, you 
  31.           must make a registration payment of $40.00 or $55.00 
  32.           (see ORDER.TXT) to PolySoft-Australia.

  34.           The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one 
  35.           computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just like 
  36.           a book.  An example is that this software may be used by any 
  37.           number of people and may be freely moved from one computer location 
  38.           to another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at 
  39.           one location while it's being used at another. 
  40.           Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same 
  41.           time.

  47.           Anyone distributing TOM(tm) for any kind of remuneration must first
  48.           contact PolySoft-Australia at the address below for authorization.
  49.           This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors
  50.           recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware
  51.           distributors, and such distributors may begin offering TOM(tm)
  52.           immediately (However PolySoft-Australia must still be advised so
  53.           that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version
  54.           of TOM(tm).

  57.           evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their copy.
